Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Freescale-Semiconductor MVME-167-04B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Parker products, including obsoleted and phased-out National parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Intel product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Parker such as the PS102T2DD1AD3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PXI4472B manufactured by National and we are pleased to be able to service most National systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PWA147262001 by Manufacturer Intel as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ishida Brand P5002B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Asco such as NPX8316A54E10688 equipment made by Asco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PST17560070 made by Abb as well as the popular PX4051A1BA original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RCSSMRA100M700T1M by Robo and NPX8316A54E10688 spares by Asco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NUNCM3000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Johnson-Controls.
